During this webinar, Ed and I will discuss:

Why supporting men, helps women (and the rest of society)
The cost of inflexible gender stereotypes on men’s health and well-being
The 5 C’s of liberating masculinity (curiosity, courage, compassion, connection and commitment) and the barriers men face when embracing them

MEET ED FRAUENHEIM
Ed Frauenheim is a writer, speaker, and consultant, focusing on workplace culture, leadership and gender equity.
He spent six years as director of content at Great Place to Work, the research and consulting firm behind the annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list.
Ed’s stories have been featured in USA Today, Harvard Business Review, and Fortune. He has co-authored four books, including A Great Place to Work For All. It features a study of 10,000 managers and 75,000 employees, concluding that the most inclusive and effective leaders build bonds of trust, demonstrate humility, distribute power, and focus on the organization's highest purpose.
Ed also co-authored Reinventing Masculinity: The Liberating Power of Compassion and Connection, which tells the story of how we are evolving from a cramped, unhealthy, outdated masculinity to one that frees men and all around them to live healthier, fuller, more soulful lives--at work, at home and beyond.
